Invespy Opens Dubai Real Estate Marketplace, Bridges Developers and Brokers
Platform and physical hub target broker-developer transaction efficiency in Dubai real estate.
Invespy has opened a physical Broker Hub on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, pairing the launch with the rollout of invespy.com, a digital platform built to connect property developers directly with brokers across the transaction pipeline. The dual move positions the company as an intermediary layer between two sides of the real estate market, with transaction velocity as its core value proposition.
The Hub is structured as a coworking and professional services facility, not a sales operation. Its design organises around four functional areas: Earn, which surfaces project offers and developer previews; Learn, offering sales training; Create, providing content production facilities including a podcast studio; and Grow, delivering business support services. Developers can conduct project briefings, launches, previews and staff training within the same location, giving the space a dual-use character that serves both sides of the broker-developer relationship.
The digital platform extends that reach. Invespy.com gives developers access to broker networks at scale while offering brokers inventory of off-plan properties, commission payment infrastructure and sales support tools. The physical Hub, in the company’s framing, reinforces rather than replaces the digital offering.
Imran Khan, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Invespy, traced the initiative to a structural gap in how brokers currently operate. “Developers have sales centres. Agencies have offices. Brokers have been working out of coffee shops between viewings,” Khan said at a Broker Brunch event introducing the facility. “The Broker Hub changes that. It is a room they can walk into any day of the week and leave with something useful, whether that is a new project to sell, a skill they wanted to learn, or a conversation with a developer they would not otherwise have had.”
Khan was direct about the economic logic. “Brokers make transactions happen, and have the ability to create value and velocity to move the real estate economy at large,” he said. “Invespy is our attempt at using technology to simplify this process for the broker and accelerate the pace and scale of transactions for them and developers.”
The Broker Brunch drew brokers, developers and industry representatives. Speakers included Dr Anand Menon, Chief Executive Officer of Empowered Performance; Anthony Joseph Abou-Jaoude, Chief Executive Officer of Disruptive Real Estate; and Farooq Syed, Chief Executive Officer of Springfield Properties.
By treating brokers as independent operators who need workspace, training and project access rather than as employees of larger firms, Invespy is making a structural bet on the fragmented end of the market. Dubai was chosen deliberately. Khan said the city is “where the standard gets set,” but made clear the ambition runs further. “The ambition is not to open one space. It is to prove a model that works, and then take it to every market where brokers are doing the same job and need acceleration.”
Whether that replication thesis holds will depend on how quickly the platform builds density on both sides, enough developers listing inventory and enough active brokers to make the commission infrastructure worth using. The Dubai hub is the proof of concept. The question now is how fast Invespy moves to test it elsewhere.
